  1. نسلق اللحم ونضيف لها ورق الغار والهيل والمسمار و القرفه بعد ماتنضح بنسبة 50‎%‎ نصفي الماء ونخليها على جنب ونحمر اللحم في نص كمية البصل.
  2. وبعد مانحمس اللحم نحط عليه الثوم والزنجبيل والبهارات ومعجون الطماطم ونضيف ماء السلق اولاً نضيف الجزر وبعد مايستوي بنسبة 50‎%‎ نضيف البطاطس ونخليها تستوي النص وبعد نضيف الكوسة والباذنجان الى ما ان جميع المكونات من لحم وخضار تنضج تماماً نملح.
  3. نص كمية البصل نحمسها بدون زيت ممكن نضيف رشة كمون وقليل من الليمون الاسود المطحون.
  4. في باديه نحط الكشنة وعليها قرصان وعليها خضار ولحم ونكرر هذي العملية الى المستوي المطلوب.
  5. وهذا الشكل النهائي وصحة وعافيه.
