- في القدر ماء مغلي ونضيف الجزر والبازيلاء بعد أن يصبح نص مستوي نضيف القرع.
- نقلب البصل مع زيت الزيتون حتى يذبل ثم نضيف البقدونس المفروم.
- نضيف الملح والفلفل و صلصة الطماطم و البهارات إلى البصل و البقدونس.
- بعد التقليب نضيف كوب مرق اللحم ثم نزيده ماء مغلي نتركهم يغلون مع بعضهم.
- نضع القرصان في حافظة الطعام أو طبق التقديم ثم نسكب مرق الحضار عليه مع التقليب المستمر حتى تتجانس.
- و يزيّن بكشنة البصل والفلفل.. وبالعافية...
