- {Get 200 غم of زبدة او بكيت مرجرين.
- {Get 1 كوب of سكر ناعم.
- {Make ready 3/4 كوب of مربى اي نكهة.

- {Get 3–4 كوب of طحين.
- {Prepare 2 معلقة صغيرة of فانيلا.
- {Take 3 معلقة صغيرة of بكنج باودر.
- {Take of برش ليمونة.
Steps to make المبروشة:
- نخفق الزبدة مع السكر حتى تصبح مثل الكريما.
- نخفق البيض مع الفانيلا ونضعها على خليط الزبدة والسكر.
- نضع الطحين تدريجيا على الخليط ثم نضع برش الليمونة والبكنج باودر ونخفق جيدا حتى تصبح عجينة لينة.
- نقسم العجينة نصفين ونفرد نصف في صينية مدهونة بالزبدة ومرشوشة بالطحين.
- ثم نفرد المربى فوق العجينة و نجمد النصف الثني بقلبل من الطحين ونبشره بالبشارة فوق المربى.
- نضعها بالفرن على حرارة متوسطة لمدة 2\1 ساعة ونحمر وجها قليلا ونخرجها من الفرن و نتركها حتى تبرد وتقدم باردة.
