- بعد تشكل عجينة لينة ناخذ ثلث العجينة ونفردها في صينية مدهونة بالقليل من الزيت ونضع فوقها مربى الكرز وناخذ القسم الباقي ونضعه بالفريزر قليلا.
- بعد إخراج العجينة من الفريزر نقوم ببرشها فوق المربى ثم نضعها في فرن بدرجة حرارة 180 من تحت فقط وبعد ان تحمر الأطراف نشغل الفرن من فوق ليحمر تقريبا يستغرق خبزه نصف ساعة.
