  4. نرجع للدجاج نحط نص البصل المحمر عليه و السماق والبهارات والملح ونحطه على النار بس شوي دقيقتان.
  5. نأخذ قطعه من القرصان ونضع القليل من حشوه الدجاج و نلفه بالطول.
  6. ندخله الفرن فوق وتحت شوي بس لين مايتحمر.
  7. نأخذ صينيه بايركس و نضع القليل من زيت الزيتون على الصينيه ثم نصف اللي لفيناه وبعدين نحط باقي البصل فوقه.
  8. بهالوقت نسوي الصوص نخلط الزبادي مع الطحينيه وعصير الليمون و السماق وبكذا جهز الصوص عندي.
  9. نطلع المسخن من الفرن ونقدمه مع الصوص.
  10. وبألف عافيه عليكم يارب ❤️.
