  4. نذيب المربى في قليل من الماء ونحركه ونضعه على نار هادئة حتى يثقل قليلا.
  5. نضع خليط الكيك في الفرن على درجة 190 ولمدة 30 دقيقة.
  6. في وعاء نسخن السكر على نار هادئة وعندما يبدأ في الذوبان نحركه حتى يذوب كليا ونضيف إليه اللوز المقشر ونخلطهم قليﻻ ثم نطفي النار.
  7. وعندما نخرج الكيك من الفرن ونخرجه من القالب نتركه قليﻻ.
  8. ندهن وجه الكيك وجوانبه بمربى المشمش.
  9. نصب فوقه السكر المخلوط باللوز فور اﻻنتهاء من إعداده على وجه الكيك ونوزعه بالملعقة بطريقة سريعة حتى ﻻ يجمد ونتركه على الكيك ليبرد.
