  4. نخرج الصينيه ونبرش باقي الجبنة اما على كل قطعه على حده او على الصينيه كامله حسب الرغبه وبالعافيه.
  5. نخرج الصينيه بعد ان تتحمر وتقدم مع الصلطه والف صحة.
