  3. في أناء نحط الشفلور المغلي نمرسو شوية بالفرشيطة،نضيفلو 2بيض والدبشة،.
  4. في صينية الفرن، نحط طبقة من الشفلور، فوقها طبقة من الدجاج، نقطع عليها جبن كطبقة ونزيد طبقة أخرى شفلور، واخيرا طبقة من الدجاج، من بعد نحط الياؤورت الطبيعي مع 2بيض، رشة فلفل اسود، ملح ونضربهم مليح ونفرغهم فوق لڨرتان تاعنا، نرش عليها جبن مبشور وتدخلها للفرن.
  5. بعدما تطيب وتتحمر نقطعها ونقدمها بالصحة.
