- في هذه الأثناء ناتي بعلبة الحليب نكون قد فتحنها من الأعلى ونفرغ الخليط فيها ونتركه يبرد قليلا ثم ندخله الثلاجة من أربعة ساعات الى ليلة كاملة.
- عندما نخرجه من الثلاجة نقوم بتقطيعه وتقديمه ويستعمل لاحقا وبكل الاوقات.
