- نخفق بالمضرب الكهربائي 5 دقائق.
- نضيف الطحين والملح ونلم الخليط جيدا حتى تختلط وتصبح ناعمة.
- نقسم العجينة قسمان نضيف الكاكاو والزيت الى القسم الاول.
- نغطيها ونضعها في البراد نصف ساعة.
- نفرد العجينة بين قطعتين نايلو بسماكة ٣مم ونقطع ونخبز مدة 10 دقائق من الاعلى والاسفل ع حرارة ١80 درجة.
- لصقت السابلية بالمربي بعد رش السكر البودرة.
- واذبت شوكولا بالمكرويف وزينت الباقي بالفستق المحمص المجروش وحسب الذوق.
