- بدهن صينيه بالسمن واضيف نصف البطاطس.
- واساويها كويس واضيف عليها اللحمة المفرومة.
- اضيف باقي البطاطس واساويها كويس واضيف عليها خليط اللبن والبيض.
- ادخلها الفرن لحد ما تحمر حوالي 15دقيقه وبعد ما اخرجها من الفرن اسيبها تبرد واقطعها وبألف هنا وشفا(ممكن اقدمها مع الكوسه المحشيه او اصابع البطاطس المقرمشه او الفراخ المقرمشه).
