- اولا نقوم بوضع ملعقة خل مع الحليب ثم نتركه في مكان دافئ و مغلق حوالي يوم كامل 24 ساعة واذا لم يكن الخل متوفرا فيترك الحليب لمدة 48 ساعة او في حالة فساد الحليب لديك اي تحوله الى لبن.
- نقوم بوضع الحليب على النار حتى نلاحظ انفصال الجبن عن الماء ثم ننزعه مباشرة من النار و نضعه في قطعة قماش و نغلقها على شكل رزمة مغلقة و نتركه معلقا يقطر منه الماء ليلة كاملة.
- بعد مرور الليلة نخرج الجبن من قطعة قماش و نضيف كل المقادير المتبقية و نخلط جيدا مع اضافة القليل من الحليب ليصبح المزيج لينا خفيفا و يقدم باردا.
