- بعدها نضيف الخضرة وباقي الفلفل والملح علي البطاطس المهروسة وتقليبها جيدا حتي تتجانس وبعدها اللحم المفروم وتقليبها جيدا ب اليد او المعلقة وفردها في الصينية ووضع معلقتين سمن علي الوجه او ضرب بيضة اومليت علي الوجه علي حسب الرغبة ونتركها في الفرن حوالي ربع ساعة وتحت الشواية حوالي 10 دقائق وتقدم بجانب اي اكل ك مقبلات وبالف هنا ❤❤.
