  1. نخفق الزبدة والسكر بالمضرب الكهربائي الشبك او باليد حتى يصير خليط كريمي ثم نضيف صفار البيض والفانيلا والملح واستمر ف الخفق ثم ننخل الطحين واضيفه ع الخليط واقلبه بالملعقه حتى يختفي فقط ما نطول عشان م تنشف العجين ثم ندخل الخليط ف الثلاجة من خمس الى عشر دقايق.
  2. نشكل العجين بالقمع بالشكل اللي تحبين ثم ندخل الفرن على درجة ١٨٠ من اسفل اول ماتشوفوه بذا يصير ذهبي فاتح قفلي النار من تحت وشغلي اللي فوق وهو راح يكمل تحمير من تحت من حرارة الفرن والصحن تقريبا ياخذ من اسفل واعلى من ١٠ال ١٢ دقيقة فقط.
  3. نخليه يبرد ثم نغمسة في الشوكلت ثم الزينه او ناخذ حبتين وندهنها بالمربى ثم نغمسه وبس.
  4. ويقدم بالعافية 😋.
