- نضح العجينه على ورق زبده وبنشابه نفرده حسب السماكه اللي تحبينها نشكلها بمول على شكل عباد الشمس.
- نحضر مول دائري ونقطعها.
- ندخلها الفرن درجه الحراره 200.
- نجعلها تتحمر قليلا شبه ذهبي من تحت.
- نخليها تبرد تماما.
- بعدها نضع لها مربى ونغطيها بالطبقه الثانيه وندهن الاطراف بالمربى ثم ندحرجه فوق نارجيل خشن.
