  1. نقشر البطاطا نغسلها ونقطعها على 4 ونطهيها فماء به ملح وفلفل أسود عندما تطهى نهرسها وهي ساخنة ونضيف قليل من الملح(اذا وجدتوها قليلة ملح)ثم نحضر الحشو نرحي الدجاج والمعدنوس في روبو ثم نقليه في قليل من الزيت ونضيف الملح و الفلفل الأسود و الزنجبيل والموطارد وعندما تطهى نشكلهم فالقوالب الفردية او قالب عائلي نضع طبقة أولى من البطاطا ونضيف الدجاج ثم الطبقة الثالثة اما نضعها بالمعلقة او نضعها فكيس حلواني ونضعها من فوق على شكل وريدات ونحضر خليط البيض والكريمة وقليل من الملح و الفلفل الأسود ونضعها فوقهم.
  2. ندخلها الفرن المسخن على 180 درجة حتى يجف خليط البيض ثم نحمرهم من فوق.
