- يضاف الدقيق بالتدريج إلي الخليط ويقلب بملعقة خشب ثم يوضع في كيس حلواني ويشكل في صينية مفروشة بورق زبدة.
- تدخل الصينية في البراد او الثلاجة ٢٠ دقيقه ثم يخبز على درجة حرارة ١٧٠ لمدة ٢٠ دقيقه او على حسب الفرن.
- يترك حتى يبرد تماماً ثم نقوم بتسييح الشوكولاته ونبدأ التزيين.
