- يترك ليبرد ثم يحشى بالمربى ويجمل بالشيكولاتة والمكسرات وجوز الهند ويحفظ في علب محكمة الغلق لحين التقديم.
- في حال أستخدام الكاكاو يرفع نفس المقدار من الدقيق ويستبدل بالكاكاو.
