- الاول الزبدة فالمضرب لحد ما تبقي كريمى هي والسكر الفانيلا والملح.
- انزل البيض واحدة واضرب تختفى احط التانيه وهكذا لحد ال_3 ما يخلصوا.
- انزل بالدقيق والبيكنج باودر ومعجنش يادوب العجين يتلم بس ومتبقاش ملزق.
- اقسمتها 3 جزء سيبته ابيض وجزء حطيته ملعقة الزبدة والكاكاو وجزء حطيتله اللون الاحمر واقلب كل منهم لوحدة.
- بالقمع أو الكيس الحلوانى وشكلت ورد ودخلتة الفرن على حرارة 180 حوالى عشر دقايق لربع ساعه على حسب المتابعة يطلع محمر من تحت بس.
- سيبته يبرد وبعدها لزقت كل اتنين فبعض بالمربى وبعدين في وفارماسيل أو جوز الهند أو السودانى وهكذا لانتهاء الكميه وبس 😍😍😍😍😍.
