  1. في المطحنة الكهربائية نطحن قطع البروكلي و نضيف له جبنة البارميزان ثم البيضة و ملعقة زيت الزيتون و ذرة ملح وفلفل اسود نطحن الكل حتى نتحصل على عجينة.
  2. نسخن الفرن مسبقا على 190 درجة مئوية.
  3. نقسم العجينة الى 6 اجزاء متساوية او حسب القالب المستعمل ثم ندهن القالب بالزيت او الزبدة(من المستحسن استخدام المولات الورقية حتى يسهل اخراجها) و نشكل العجينة على شكل اكواب داخل القالب.
  4. نخبز لمدة 30 دقيقة.
  5. نخرج القالب و نتركه يبرد ثم نستخرج الاكواب بحذر حتى لا تنكسر وبعدها نضع الارز اولا ثم فوقه الدجاج و حبة طماطم كرزية ونزين بالبقدونس.
  6. تقدم كمقبلات و الف صحة و هنأ.
