- نغسل البورى كويس.
- نطف البورى من الخارج كويس ونفتحه بالطول من الظهر.
- نغسل الفرن السمك من جوه وتنظف البطن.
- نفرش ورقه الفويل على الرخامه وندهنها الزيت ورشه الملح.
- نضع السمك على الورقه ونلف الورقه حولن السمكه زي شكل المركب.
- نضع في بوله الثوم و الكمون والكزبره الناشفه ورشه ملح وكلفة السمك و٢ ملعقة زيت ربع كوب ماء وعصير الليمون ونقلب كله في بعض.
- نضع في بوله البصل والطماطم والفلفل والشبت ونضع نصف الخلطه السابقه و٢ ملعقة زيت.
- ندهن السمك بالخلطه.
- نضع الخضار على السمك.
- نسخن الفرن لمده ١٠ دقائق نضع السمك في صينيه ونضعه في الفرن في الرف الاعلى ونهادى النار اللي فوق ونطفى النار إللى تحت لمده ١٥ ساعة.
