- ثم نحضر كريمة الزبدة ناخذ كزرولة نضع فيها الماء والسكر ونتركهم يغليو حتي يصبح مثل العسل ثم من جهة نضرب البيضة مع ملعقة من السكر نكونو نحيناها من قبل حتي يبياض الخليط ويطلع مليح ثم نفرغ عليه خليط العسل ونخلط بسرعة حتي تصبح دافية.
- لما تصبح دافية نحط الزبدة وهي طرية ونخلطهم جيدا وفي الاخير نضع ملعقة الفنيليا ونخلط ثم بعدها نفرغ عليها كريمة الليمون ونخلط بالملعقة او سباتول وندخلوه كامل.
