- هنروح بقي للسمك هنغسله كويس جداً. ونفتحه من الضهر وخلي بالك متفتحهوش للاخر.
- بعد كده هنجيب صينيه ونكون غسلين ربطه البقدونس نقوم فرشينها فأرضيه الصينيه ورصين فوقها السمك اللي فتحناه من ضهره زي الكتاب كده.
- بعد كده هنوزع عليه التتبيله بتاعته(البصل والجزر والفلفل والطماطم والثوم) اللي شوحناهم.
- ونقطع ليمون شرايح ونحطه عليهم.
- وندخله الفرن وبألف هنا وشفا.
