4. بالصلصه البيضاء في بولا نقوم بوضع ثلاث فصوص الثوم عليهم الخل والماء المغلي و نغلق الغوله ونتركها ساعة.
5. نضيف الرز ثم المعكرونه ثم العكس ثم نقوم بوضع الصلصة الحمراء والصلصة البيضاء ونزين الطبق البصل المقرمش ممكن وضع الحمص المسلوق وده اختياري انا هنا محطتش بس انت ممكن تحطي.
