- ممكن تعمليه بالطريقه دي انك تفتحي ظهر السمكه وتحشيها وتقفلي وتدهنيه رده وتحطيه على الصاج مدهون زيت وتدخليه الفرن بنفي الطريقه.
- ممكن تسيبي السمك زي ما هوا وتدهنيه رده وتحطيه على صاج مدهون زيت وتدخليه الفرن برضو يتحمر من الجانبين ولما يطلع من الفرن ترشي فوقه الدقه اي عملناها قبل كده.
