- نرق العجينة الى دائرة كبيرة ونقطعها الى دوائر صغيرة ثم نحشيها باللحمة والبصل والكزبرة ونلفها بشكل قبعة.
- ننخل اللبن والنشاء ونضعة على نار متوسطة ونحرك في اتجاه واحد حتى يغلي جيداً نضع الملح ونضع قبعات الشيشبرك بالتدريج ونحرك قليلًا على نار هادئة حتى تستوي العجينة نضيف الثوم وباقة الكزبرة نحركهن قليلا ً.
