  3. لما يغلي الشفلور (القرنبيط) ضعيه في صحن وضع له المعدنوس (بقدونس) وبزطيه جيداً ثم ضع زوج مغارف فرينة (طحين او دقيق) وزوج حبات بيض ملح فلفل اسود وخلطي جيداً وستفيه في سنوة فوق ورق الطهي مدهون بالزيت ثم ادخليه الفرن حتى يحمر.
  4. من جهة في مقلاة حمسي البصل جيداً ثم ضع اللحم المرحي ملح فلفل اسود معدنوس (بقدونس) ولما يطيب (يستوي) الشفلور (القرنبيط) ضع فوقه وضع عليه الفرماج وروليه وضع فوقه جبن السندوتشواعيدي دخله الفرن قليلا فقط.
  5. ويقدم مع المرق الأبيض.
  6. وشهية طيبة.
