- ندخلها الفرن المحمى مسبقا من الاسفل والاعلى حتى يصبح لونها ذهبي وذلك يظهر باحمرار جوانب الكنافة..انا استخدمت صحن بيركس شفاف ويظهر اللون بالنظر الي أسفل الصحن..
- نضيف بعدها الجبنة المفتتة او المقطعة..نوزعها على كامل الكنافة بدون ان نوصلها لاطراف الكنافة..
- ندخلها الفرن ونشعل من الاعلى على درجة 180 حتى تذوب الجبنة قليلا..
- نخرجها من الفرن ثم نقلبها على صحن..ثم نسقيها بالقطر ونزينها بالفستق وصحة وهنا..
