- بعد ما رتاحت العجينة نحضر الطابع لي حا نطبع بيييه و نبدأ بتشكيل كريات وزنها 30غ و نغطس الطابع في الفرينة و نطبع (باه ما تلصقش العجينة في الطابع) و نضعها في صينية مرشوشة بالفرينة.
- نضع الصينية في الفرن لي سخناه قبل نخليها تستوي من الأسفل ثم نشعل الفرن من الفوق لكن ما نخليهاش تحمار.
- بعد ما بردوا الحبات نحضر توفيا و ورق الذهب و نبدأ بالتزيين و في الأخير نضعها في ليكيسات.
