- لتحضير الكنافه :-يتم تقطيع عجينه الكنافه ومن ثم يضاف اليها الزبده المذابه وتوضع في الفرن حتى تكتسب لون ذهبي ومن ثم توضع جانبا.
- في وعاء عميق نضع القشطه والحليب المكثف وكريما والكراميل ويخفق جيدا.
- في وعاء عميق اخر نضع الكاكاو والحليب ويحرك ومن ثم نغمس قطع البسكوت وترص في بايركس او في اكواب التقديم..
- ومن ثم نضع ملعقه كبيره من صلصه التوفي ومن ثم الكريما المخفوقه و من ثم الكنافه ومن ثم نضع طبقه من الكريما وفِي الاخير طبقه من الكنافه وتزين حسب الذوق.
- توضع في الثلاجة لحين التقديم.
