- نأخذ ذلك المزيج ونضعه على تلك الكرشة مثل طريقة عمل البوراك ثم نغلقها بعود الأسنان (ليكيغدون) أو يمكنكي أن تخيطيها.
- بعد أن يغلى الماء نضع حبات العصبان ونتركه إلى أن يطهى الكل جيدا وبعدها نقدمه في صحن التقديم ونزينه بالبقونس وبالصحة والعافية.
