  1. اووول خطوة حط الرز يتسلق على نار هادئة وفي هذه الاثناء... نقطع صدور الدجاج مكعبات متوسطة لسهولة الطهي وكذلك الماشروم والفلفل مكعبات.
  2. في طاسة عميقة بها شوية زيت زيتون (٣ معالق كبار) نسخن الزيت على النار.
  3. اولا نضع الدجاج ونقلبه حتى يكش على نفسه او يمسك نفسه مع اضافة البهارات.
  4. ثم نضيف الماشروم ونقلبه مع الدجاج شوية دقيقتين ونتركهم ١٠ دقائق على نار متوسطة ولو في غطاء للطاسة يكون افضل بدل التقليب المستمر.
  5. بعد عشر دقائق نتأكد ان الماشروم والدجاج نزلوا عصارتهم والطعم مظبوط بالبهارات نضيف الفلفلة الملونة ونقلبهم ونسيبهم كمان ٥ دقائق... ويكون الرز استوى بالنهاية.
  6. نقدم الدجاج مع الرز الابيض والسلطة وبالهنا والشفا.
