- ناخذ مقدار من حشوة والفستق ونضع معه معلقة قطر او حسب الرغبة وكذلك الجوز.
- بواسطة فنجان قهوة سيتم تشكيل الكرات حيث نضع القليل من الكنافة ونعمل حفرة في الوسط ونضع الحشوة.
- ممكن حشوها بالقشطة او الجوز او الفستق او جوز الهند.
- ثم نغلق الكنافة ونضيف القليل للقاعدة اذا لزم ونكبسها ثم نقلب في صينية الفرن.
- تدخل الكرات الفرن عشر دقائق او الى ان تتحمر القاعدة..ثم نحمر الوجه.
- عند خروجها من الفرن نصب القطر ونتركها تبرد.
