  1. ندهن الصنية بملقعة سمنة مع نقتنين صبغة اورانج نفرك عجينة الكنافة الجاهزة ب السمنة والصبغة بحيث نقوم بتنفيش العجين وتقطيعه وفركه ثم نضعها فوق السمنة الجنبة الحلوم نقوم بتقطيعها الى مربعات ثم نقوم بنقع الحلوم قبل بيوم وتغيير الماء كل ٤ساعات ،،وتوضع بالليل بالتلاجة مع ماء في اليوم التالي نصفيها تماما من الماء في مصفاة يم تفتيتها ووضعاها فوق الكنافة نقوم بوضع طبقة رقيقة من عجينة الكنافة مفروكة بالسمنة فوق الجبنة يحمى الفرن...وتوضع الصنية داخل الفرن مع مراقبتها.
  2. لتجهيز القطر نغلي الماء ثم نضيف السكر حتى يذوب..تخفض الحرارة ونتركه يغلي لدقائق.
  3. ثم نتركه ليفتر.
  4. نخرج الصنية من الفرن ونقلبها على صحن التقديم ونسكب القطر الفاتر على الكنافة الساخنة ثم نزينها بالفستق الحلبي.
