- نعجن القشطة بملقعة قطر(شيرة).
- ندخل الكنافة الى الفرن مفتوحة النار من تحت فقط لمدة 10 دقائق ثم نخرجها ونضع القشطه.
- نرجهعا الى الفرن لمدة دقيقتين او ثلاث دقايق والنار مشغلة من فوق فقط.
- نخرجها من الفرن نضع عليها القطر (الشيرة) ونضع الفستق وتقدم وهي ساخنة وصحة وهنا.
