  2. تفرد العجينه بالنشابه على سطح مرشوش بقليل من الدقيق حتى سمك نصف سم تقريبا.
  3. ثم تقطع الى وحدات مستديره او على حسب الرغبه.
  4. تنقل القطع ال صينيه مدهونه بالزبده او السمنه مع ترك مسافات بينها.
  5. توضع الصينيه في غلفرن لمده 10-15دقيقه او حتى الحصول على اللون الذهبي على درجه حراره175-180درجه.
  6. ثم يترك البسكويت ليبرد لمده عشر دقائق قبل اخراجه من الصينيه وبالهناء والشفاء 👍😊.
