  4. ملاحظة حراق باصبعه على اصولها نعمل لها عجينة الا انه للسهولة نضع بدل منها معكرونة صغيرة شرائح عجين جاهزة.
  5. طريقة عمل عجين طحين وماء وملح فقط نقوم بعجنها ومدها ثم نقسمها اما دوائر صغيرة او مربعات.
  6. نقلي ثوم و كزبرة مع الزيت ونضعها فوق الخليط بعد ان ينضج العجين.
  7. نقلي البصل وخبز للتزيين.
  8. اصبحت الوصفة جاهزة للتقديم نسكبها ونزيينها بالثوم والكزبرة والبصل والخبز والرمان وصحتيين وهنا..
