نستمر بالخلط حتى تذوب الجبنة ويشتد الخليط بعدها نضيف ماء الزهر ونسكب الجبنة فوق الكنافة.
نطب الصينية فوق صينية اكبر منها ونسقيها بقليل من القطر.
