4. اتركيه ليبرد قليلا رشي عليه باقي الفستق الحلبي المطحون وضعي باقي عجينة الكنافه بحيث تغطي كل الوجه ورشي الفستق الحلبي الحب اخر طبقه يوضع بالثلاجه لمدة ساعتين ويقدم وألف صحه وهنا.
5. في طنجره ضعي الحليب السائل+ الكريم كرميل ضعيه على نار متوسطه مع التحريك المستمر عند الغليان.
