3. نقوم بتقطيع العجين الى مربعات صغيرة.
4. نقوم بوضع نصف كاسة زيت زيتون مع البصل المقطع و عندما يستوي نضعه على جنب.
5. نضع بنفس الزيت ثوم مهرووس و كزبرة و من ثم نضعه على العدس.
6. نضع على العدس ٣ ملاعق رب بندورة و ٣ ملاعق دبس رمان و ملح و ليمون حسب الرغبة.
7. نضع العجين عليه و نحركه حتى لا يلتزق ونضعه في صحن و نزيينه بالخبز المقلي و الرمان و الكزبرة او البقدونس و البصل المقلي.
