- نضع الزيت مع التحريك ثم نضع منقوع الماء ورد والزعفران مع الاستمرار في التحريك ثم نضع الهيل والصبغة الحمرا مع التحريك ثم نضع المكسرات ونقلبهم على النار الى ان نصل الى القوام المطلوب.
- نسكبها في وعاء زجاج او حديد او ستيلنس ونزينها بالمكسرات وهني وعافية.
