- في هذا الوقت نضع الزيت في قدر ونضعه على النار عندما يسخن الزيت نضع الهيل والقرفه والقرنفل وبعد ذلك نبداء بوضع المكسرات ونحمسها في الزيت اللوز ثم الجوز ثم الفستق ثم الكاجو وبعده الزبيب ثم التين والمشمش والبرقوق.
- بعد ذلك نصب خليط القمر دين على المكسرات والفواكه ونتركه على النار من خمس الى عشره دقائق ثم نغلق النار عليه.
- نضعه في كسروله زجاج بغطا ونتركها حتى تبرد ونقدمها في صحون التقديم.
- يمكن الاحتفاظ بها في الثلاجه لوقت طويل وتقدم بارده في اي وقت.
