  4. تحميص خفيف, ثم نضيف عصير قمر الدين والسكر ونقلب لمدة ربع ساعه..
  5. ندعها حتى تغلي, ثم نخفف النار جدآ ونبقيها على النار لمدة ٤ ساعات تقريبآ, حتى يصبح كثيف القوام..
  6. نتابع التقليب كل نصف ساعه. إن كان حلاها خفيف, نضيف سكر حتى يصبح حلاها شديد..
  7. ندعها تبرد ونقدمها في وجبات الفطور ووجبات العشاء. وألف هنا وعافيه عليكم..
