4. بعد ما يطيب (يستوي) الكيك نسقيوه بسيرو(كأس ماء + ½كأس سكر + شريحة ليمون).
5. تزين : نجيب الكيك و نزيد فوقها كريمة الشانتيه و نسقموها مليح و نزيدو نحطو فوقها كريمة الليمون و نخليو شويه نزيدولها كاكاو باش نديرو بيها خطوط و ندخلوها لثلاجة لمدة ساعتين او اكثر.
