  1. يوضع العدس والارز والكمون والمرقه علي النار عندما يغلي تخفض الحراره ويحرك من حين لآخر كي لا يلتصق بالقاع حتي ينضج الارز والعدس بعدها نضيف ملح وماء اذا احتاج الامر (يمكن الاستعاضه بمقدار الشوربه ماء وعليه مكعب مرقه اذا ماتوفرت شوربه بالبيت)..
  2. يحمي زيت الزيتون ويسكب فيه البصل بدون ان يأخذ لون ( نحتفظ بقليل منه للوجه)..
  3. نضيفه للحمه مع قليل من الماء حتي تمام النضج..
  4. يخلط العدس والارز بالخلاط الكهربائي..
  5. يرجع علي النار ويضاف اليه خليط اللحمه والبصل ويترك عشره دقائق علي النار ليتداخل الطعم مع التحريك كل فتره..
  6. للوجه يرجع البصل المدبل للنار مع 2 فص توم مدقوق خشن ليأخذ اللون الذهبي..
  7. نسكبها في صحن كبير اوصحون فرديه ونزينها بالبصل والتوم المكشن..
