- في إناء ثاني نضع المشمش و الماء وملعقة زيت وملعقتين قرفة و3 ملاعق سكر ونتركه يطبخ على نار متوسطه.
- بعد ان ينضج اللحم نتركه ينقص من المرق ثم نضعه في صحن التقديم و نزين بالمشمش المعسل و اللوز..... شهية طيبة.
