  1. في طنجرة على النار نضع البصلة المقطعة مع رشة ملح وفلفل اسود ونحركها ثم نضيف الدجاج مع التحريك حتى يتغير لونه الى اللون الابيض.
  2. نضيف ورق الغار والهيل ووعود القرفة والقرنفل الى الدجاج والماء المغلي ونتركها على نار متوسطة حتى يستوي الدجاج.
  3. بعدها نصفي الدجاج من المرق ونضعه في صينية ونرش عليه الملح والفلفل الاسود وندخله على الفرن حتى يأخذ لون الذهبي.
  4. نقوم بقلي الزهرة والباذنجان.
  5. في طنجرة نقوم بوضع شرحات من البندورة والفليفلة ونضع فوقها الدجاج ثم الزهرة والباذنجان المقلي.
  6. نتبل الأرز بالبهارات والكركم والكمون والملح ويوزع فوق الزهرة والباذنجان ثم يغمر بالمرق نغلق الطنجرة ونضعها على النار حتى تبدأ بالغليان وتبدا تتشرب المرق نهدأ النار ونتركها حتي تنضج.
  7. بعدما تنضج المقلوبة نقوم بقلبها في طبق التقديم وتقدم مع السلطة الخضراء و اللبن (الزبادي).
