  3. نضع باقي ورق الجلاش فوق الحشو و ندهن مابين كل ورقة و ورقة بالزبدة.
  4. نضع في وعاء كوب الحليب بالاضافة الى البيض و مرق الدجاج و فلفل اسود وملح و نخلط الكل مع بعض.
  5. نفرغ الخليط فوق الصينية و ندخلها الفرن حتى يحمر الجلاش.
  6. من الاحسن تقطيعه سخن...بالهنا و الشفا 😊😍💋.
