2. نجيب صنية فرن ندهنها بشوية زبدة او زيت ونضع القرصة ثم نبسطها وندهنها بصفار البيض ممزوج مع قليل من قهوة سريعة الذوبان ونرش فوقها السانوج والجلاجلان وندخلها الفرن يكون مسخن من قبل بربع ساعة على درجة 200د حتى يكسب اللون الاحمر وشهيةطيبة.
