  2. يتم وضع الخضار بالترتيب ومراعاة عدم وضع نوعين من الخضار يكون لهما نفس اللون بشكل متتالي (مثلا لا توضع البازلاء بالقرب من الفاصوليا الخضراء)..يتم اضافة الماء ومن ثم نضع الصينية على النار حتى بداية الغليان.
  3. يتم تقطيع الدجاجة الواحدة الى 4 قطع ويتم غسلها جيداً بالدقيق والملح والخل. ومن ثم يتم تتبيلها ودهنا بالصلصة ووضعها على الخضار.
  4. يتم ادخال الصينية بالفرن.حرارة 180 مدة 45 دقيقة. قد تحتاج لفتح شواية الفرن مدة 3 دقائق لتحمير وجه الصينية اذا لزم الامر. وبالهنا والشفا.
